Communication prior to and just after our arrival set us at ease. Micro (driver) was extremely friendly and waiting for us outside arrivals. We had a quick walk to the van, followed by an extremely relaxing trip to the port. We arrived at terminal way ahead of the other travelers so it made a huge difference checking in too. Honestly, the money was worth the luxury and ease Vice taking the cruise line bus. Highly recommend this service.
