You can pay with any currency you want. The exchange rates will be today’s exchange rates. However, the final payment will be settled according to the transport company’s host country currency.

If your payment is more than the price in the final booking screen, if there are extra fees on your bank statements, please contact your bank/card issuer. AirportTransfer.com does not apply extra or hidden fees over the final payment.

This problem may occur due to your bank considering AirportTransfer.com as an international entity and applying cross-border payments. AirportTransfer.com can not refund if the extra payments are added by your bank/card issuer.

I am having trouble paying for my booking. How can I make the payment?

The payment will be charged in full in the booking process with 3D secure payment system integration. If your card is rejected or the payment does not go through for some reason, we suggest contacting your bank to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, AirportTransfer.com is not able to provide assistance concerning your card/password issues.

Are child seats available to book and from what age?

Accepted Answer

In certain destinations that you may have booked (e.g. the European Union), children under the age of two can travel without a child seat as long as they are on an adult passenger seat. However, the relevant authorities state that children must use an appropriate child seat until they reach 12 years of age or until they reach a height of 135 cm.

Please note that all children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and this must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

Transport Company will endeavor to ensure that child seats are provided, where they have been requested (and in some cases paid for by you at the time of booking).

Sure, you can write down your request in the “Extra Requests” section while making the booking. Keep in mind that there will most likely be an extra cost for the extra requests. If so, you will be contacted by our team for the extra payment.

You can book your airport transfer before booking a flight, but the chances for the price list to be inaccurate are likely. Also, a flight code will be needed while making a booking.

For accurate prices, we recommend you to book your airport transfer after booking your flight.

The luggage allowance may change from vehicle to vehicle and from transport company to transport company. The luggage allowance limit is openly shown in the comparison list. If you exceed the luggage number you stated in your booking, your provider might charge you extra.

You can but it is not recommended. The closer the date is, the fewer options you may be able to compare and consider booking. Still, you can contact our Whatsapp support to see if there are any other options not listed.

Yes, you can book a transfer from your location to the airport! Just enter your location to the Pick Up section and the airport to the Drop Off section.

The length of the journey may differ from the length we share on the website. This is due to; AirportTransfer.com giving you the optimal time. The length of your journey may differ due to traffic congestion, traffic rules in the host country or other different variables.

When your travel group is arriving on different flights, coordinating the logistics can be a bit tricky, but it's definitely manageable. If landing times are close to each other, you can make one booking but we strongly suggest stating all flight codes in Additional Directions. Making separate bookings is also another option.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The supplier company is responsible for tracking any delays on the given flight number and picking you up accordingly. However, if you have any delayed connecting transport, please keep in mind that the supplier company is only responsible for tracking the code that was given on the booking. In such a case, please contact us as soon as you find out that there will be a delay in connecting transport. We cannot promise to arrange a new pickup time due to tight schedules but we will try to arrange it for you.

Where will I meet the driver?

If you booked a transfer from the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point he designated while accepting the booking. You can find the meeting point instructions within the “Reservation Approved” mail once the supplier accepts your reservation. If you booked a transfer to the airport, Your driver will pick you up outside the location/hotel you entered.

You will need to contact us through our mail, WhatsApp line or through the “Contact Us” section in the website. Once you do, we will check if the supplier has availability for change. If so, we will amend the booking for you.

Once you receive the “Reservation Approved” mail, you don’t have to contact us again to confirm the reservation. You can contact your supplier for further information about how your booking will be carried out.

First, try to contact your supplier from the contact number you received within your voucher. If you cannot reach them, please contact us. We will help you out accordingly.

I didn't get a confirmation email, what happened?

You will receive a confirmation with an email titled “Reservation Approved” as soon as your booking is confirmed with a supplier. If you did not receive it within a couple of days, it might be due to no availability from the current supplier you booked. If we cannot find an alternative supplier, you will be notified via WhatsApp primarily. If you don’t have one, you will receive an e-mail about it.

How long will the driver wait for me?

For transfers from the airport, we provide 1 hour of free waiting time after your flight lands. For transfers from other points, 15-minute free waiting time is provided. If you cannot meet the driver within the period of time specified, you can ask them to wait more for extra cost which will be up to the driver.

Your supplier or we will assist once you reach out to us. If you were not picked up even though you were at the meeting point on time and reached out to us, you will be refunded for the unrealized service.

If your flight is officially cancelled, you can contact us for a change in pick-up time with your new flight details. We cannot promise a change in pickup time due to tight schedules but we will try to arrange it for you. If we cannot find availability, we will refund the total amount.

You can contact your supplier or us and inform that you have landed earlier than expected. The supplier can come and pick you up if they are available at the time they’re informed. If not, you will have to wait until your pickup time.

You can contact us, or fill out a request form and we can cancel your booking, or you can cancel your booking from the “My Bookings” section on your profile page.
